The following terms & conditions set out the basis on which you can visit and use our website. Sabalex reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you and any changes will apply to subsequent orders received.

4 - Our right and your obligation
- The buyer, you, must be 18 to order from Sabalex website. If Sabalex discover any fraud the order will be cancelled immediately.
- The buyer, you, must pay for your order with your own money. If Sabalex discover any fraud the order will be cancelled immediately.
- Sabalex reserve the right to change prices, descriptions of products and to withdraw any goods from sabalex website at any time at our discretion. - Sabalex reserve the right to cancel an order after transaction if we do not have the product in stock or if the manufacturer do not send it to us or to you. In such a case, Sabalex will refund you the full price of your order.

5 - Goods and services
Sabalex take all reasonnable care to ensure that all the details, descriptions and prices of products on the website are correct at the time of publishing.
However please be aware that:
- Packaging may differ from that shown in the website.
- Products are described by our manufacturer. We do not offer any warranty on the accuracy of product description.
- Sabalex can not guarantee that product appearance or colour on the website exactly reproduces that of the products themselves. this may be affected by your web browser.
- The weight, dimensions and capacities are an approximation only.

6 - Prices including all taxes
The prices you see on Sabalex website include VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time you order your goods . If we discover an error of price of goods after your ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible and discuss about a change of price or a full refund . If we cannot contact you we will take the right to cancel the transaction and we will give you a full refund. sabalex reserve the right to adjust the price and specification or to withdraw any goods at any time on the website at its discretion.

7 - Delivery details and costs
We offer free delivery over £100 for UK main land orders only. You will have the choice to have your goods delivered at the same address as your credit card billing address or at an alternative. We will do our best to deliver any goods within 3 to 5 days. For some products, delivery may take more than 30 days - this will be stated in the product description. If for any reason goods will take longer to be delivered than originally stated, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will arrange a new delivery date with you, or refund you the full price. We do not offer any guarantee about delay. The buyer shall take all neccessary arrangements to meet the delivery whenever is agreed or to arrange himself with a third person to meet the delivery. Exact delivery times are decided by the courier and is not the responsibility of Sabalex. If you have any delivery problems you may contact us.

8 - International Orders
We do not ship to countries outside the UK Main Land. We do not ship to Northern Ireland.

9 - Payments
We accept 2 methods of payment: Paypal and Cheque. All our items include VAT, the delivery is free of charge over £100.
-By credit card: By providing us your Credit Card numbers to pay for your order, you are confirming that the credit card you use is yours. Every transaction will be subject to verification by paypal.
-By cheque: To pay by cheque you can order on the website, letter or fax. All cheques must be made payable to "sabalex". By sending us a cheque you are confirming that the cheque you use is yours. Any order paid by cheque will not be sent before confirmation from our bank. The 3 days allocted for delivery will commence when the funds are cleared. Sabalex do not take any responsibility if we do not receive the order and/or the cheque. Contact details can be found here.

10 - 7 day guarantee returns
If you change your mind after receiving your item(s) you will have the right to return the product to us within SEVEN days after your received your order. You will be refunded the full cost of your product including postage. If you change your mind after receiving your item(s), you will be responsible for returning the items to us. YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR ANY POSTAGE INCURRED DUE TO RETURNING THE ITEM. Any monnies returned to you will be done so upon us receiving the item back. This means that you are responsible for ensuring that the item is returned to us, and we will not be held responsible for items lost in the post if you do not use a recorded delivery or other insured method of postage. Any returned product will need to be in a saleable condition. Any items that are not received in a saleable condition will not be refunded to you. If your item(s) are received damaged or broken, you will have the choice of a refund or a replacement for the item. You must provide proof of the damage by means of photo and send the proof by fax or email. The photo must clearly show the damaged or broken item(s), and you must ensure that any manufacturers labels that are on the item are clearly shown in the photo as part of this proof. You must inform us of the damaged or broken item(s) within SEVEN days of receiving the item(s). If you do not inform us of the damaged or broken item(s) within this time, no refund or replacement will be offered. In the case of damaged or broken item(s), you will be refunded the full price including postage. In the case where you are entitled to a refund, the money will be refunded to you within 30 days of us recieving the product.

11 - Manufacturer guarantees
The manufacturer time guarantees are specified in every product description. If you have any problems with one of our items feel free to contact the manufacturer directly. Sabalex will offer the same warranty as the manufacturer. If the manufacturer does not guarantee the product we will also not guarantee it. A guarantee does not cover misused items.

12 - Copyright
All rights, including copyright are owned by Sabalex. Sabalex website and its contents, or underlying source code and sofware are strictly prohibited. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.

13 - Accordance with the law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and the parties hereby submit to executive jurisdiction of the English courts.
