A major innovation
The new Emile Henry “FLAME®” ceramic can be used directly on the gas, electric or halogen stove tops (or with an induction disk for induction stove tops) without fear of cracking or breaking. As it does not contain any metal, it can be used safely in the microwave. It also resists to the lowest temperatures and can be put in the freezer.
Simple, innovative cooking
Seal red meat or poultry then simmer gently. Start cooking on the gas then finish in the microwave. Emile Henry “FLAME®” ceramic is suitable for all types of modern cooking using just one pot.
