Preparation time: Serves: 8 to 10
Ingredients
Le mant’illes :
80 cl / 3 1/3 cup mint tea
16 cl / 2/3 cup lime juice
12 cl / ½ cup mint syrup
Petit Sourire :
20 cl / 0.85 cup Campari
20 cl / 0.85 cup dry Vermouth (Noilly Prat)
30 cl / 1 ¼ cup Whisky
Method
For both of these cocktails:
Pour all the ingredients into the Emile Henry jug and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Serve in cocktails glasses, decorated with a slice of lemon.
