Delivery details and costs
-Our prices.
The delivery in UK will cost £7.5 per parcel. It’s a fix price included the delivery, the packaging and the replacement of the product in case of breakage during shipping.
International orders are subject to different prices and time estimations. Please contact us for any international order.We will refuse any return or refund or take any responsibility of breakage for any international order.
-Alternative address?
You will have the choice to have your goods delivered at the same address as your credit card billing address or at an alternative.
-Courier Delay
We will do our best to deliver any goods within 3 or 4 days in Uk. We do not offer any guarantee about delay. The buyer shall take all necessary arrangements to meet the delivery whenever is agreed or to arrange himself with a third person to meet the delivery. Exact delivery times are decided by the courier and are not the responsibility of Sabalex.
If for any reason goods will take longer to be delivered than originally stated, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will arrange a new delivery date with you, or refund you the full price.

Our 7-day returns guarantee
Our 7-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
If the item was damaged in transit
If you take delivery of a Sabalex.com package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you will have 24h to notify sabalex.com by email. Some pictures will be needed of the item(s).
If the item is defective
You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this may be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, you may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you. If you choose to return the item to us, please contact us.
If we sent you an item you did not order (an "incorrect" item)
As soon as you find out we have sent you an incorrect item, please contact us. Send the incorrect item back to us and we will make sure you are not charged for it. If you want us to replace the item we sent you with the item you ordered, contact us and we will send you the correct item as soon as we can..
