We deliver to UK mainland only. We offer free delivery on all orders in UK mainland only.
International orders may be considered, and will be subject to different prices and time estimations. Please contact us for any international order. We do not accept refunds on international orders. We do not take responsibility for any damage or lost items for any international order. Please see the terms and conditions for more details regarding delivery.
-Alternative address
You will have the choice to have your goods delivered at the same address as your credit card billing address or at an alternative address. Please see the terms and conditions for more details regarding delivery.
-Courier Delay
We will do our best to deliver any goods within 3 or 4 days in Uk. We do not offer any guarantee about delays incurred due to the fault of the courrier. The buyer shall take all necessary arrangements to meet the delivery whenever is agreed or to arrange himself with a third person to meet the delivery. Exact delivery times are decided by the courier and are not the responsibility of Sabalex.
If for any reason goods will take longer to be delivered than originally stated, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will arrange a new delivery date with you, or refund you the full price. Please see the terms and conditions for more details regarding delivery times.
Our 7-day returns guarantee
Our 7-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. If the item was damaged in transit
If your item(s) are received damaged or broken, you will have the choice of a refund or a replacement for the item. You must provide proof of the damage by means of photo and send the proof by fax or email. Please see the terms and conditions for more details regarding the return of damaged times.
If the item is defective
You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this may be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, you may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you.
