This information details our terms and conditions regarding shipping and returns. This information forms part of the terms and conditions which you should take time read.

We may change this information from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 04/08/2011.

Receiving Faulty Items

Shipping

When you place an order with us, you will be taken to a page where you will be asked to enter the address where you would like the products delivered to. We must pass this address on to the courier so that they can deliver your goods. Some products are shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse and in this case we must pass your contact information on to them. If you do not agree to this please do not order products from us.

We offer free delivery for UK mainland orders only. We do not ship to countries outside the UK Main Land. We do not ship to Northern Ireland unless you contact us to discuss the shipping costs. If you would like your items to be shipped to anywhere outside the UK, please contact us and we will arrange this at an extra cost.

When you place an order with us, we do our best to process the order on the same day. Once the goods leave the warehouse, they are in the hands of the courier. We have no control over the courier and although we do our best to ensure your products are delivered within 3 - 5 working days, we cannot guarantee this. For some products, delivery may take more than 30 days - this will be stated in the product description. If for any reason goods will take longer to be delivered than originally stated, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will arrange a new delivery date with you, or refund you the full price.

You agree to take all neccessary arrangements to meet the delivery whenever is agreed or to arrange with a third person to meet the delivery. Exact delivery times are decided by the courier and is not the responsibility of Sabalex.


Receiving Faulty Items

We will never deliberately ship faulty or damaged goods. However, there are times when items become damaged in transit and you may receive an item that is damaged, faulty or broken. In this case you agree to send us proof of the damage or fault in the form of a photo, which can be faxed or emailed to us. The photo must clearly show the damaged or broken item(s), and you must ensure that any manufacturers labels that are on the item are clearly shown in the photo as part of this proof.

You must inform us of the damaged or broken item(s) within SEVEN days of receiving the item(s). You agree that if you do not inform us of the damaged or broken item(s) within this time, no refund or replacement will be offered.

If you receive damaged or faulty goods, you will be entitled to a replacement or a full refund. If you a wish to receive a refund, the money will be refunded to you within 30 days of us recieving the product.


7-day Guarantee Returns

You are covered by the distance selling regulations. If you change your mind after receiving your item(s) you will have the right to return the product to us within SEVEN days after your received your order. You will be refunded the full amount. If you change your mind after receiving your item(s), you will be responsible for returning the items to us. YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR ANY POSTAGE INCURRED DUE TO RETURNING THE ITEM. Any money returned to you will be done so upon us receiving the item back in a saleable condition. You agree you are responsible for ensuring that the item is returned to us, and we will not be held responsible for items lost in the post if you do not use a recorded delivery or other insured method of postage. Any returned product will need to be in a saleable condition. Any items that are not received in a saleable condition will not be refunded to you.

Any money returned to you, for any reason, will be returned to the account with which you paid for the goods. If you have paid for your items with your prepay account, then only your prepay account will be credited back with your money.
